PMDD

Pre-Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder, or PMDD, is an often misunderstood disorder that can be debilitating to experience. It can be summarized as a cyclical, hormone-based mood disorder that affects an estimated 5.5% of individuals who experience menstruation.

Though information and research has become more widely available in recent years, PMDD is still widely underrepresented and misunderstood by the public and by medical professionals.

Below are a small selection of resources that I have found to be helpful in my journey with PMDD.
