I’ve been sitting on some news that I’m so excited to finally share – I am officially a published poet! Last month I heard back from Moss Puppy Magazine that they had accepted my piece, titled “Heaven is Made of Gold” for their upcoming edition of the magazine. The theme for the publication was Amberfields, which I had such a fun time writing for! It was such an exciting moment to read the email that started off with a “congratulations,” after numerous rejections (though each NO gets me closer to another YES!).
The best part is, you can read the whole edition for free on Moss Puppy’s website! There are so many incredible pieces included so I encourage you to read through the whole thing. You can find my poem on page 85.
